The Shandong Paper Industry Digital-Intelligent Empowerment and High-Quality Development Conference and the Member Representative Assembly of Shandong Paper Industry Association were successfully held in Guangrao, Dongying. With the theme of “Digital-Intelligent Empowerment for High-Quality Development,” the conference brought together representatives from industry associations, research institutes, paper companies, and technology and equipment providers to conduct in-depth exchanges on topics such as digital-intelligent transformation, energy conservation and carbon reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement in the paper industry, jointly exploring new paths for the high-quality development of the sector.
As an important participant in the fields of industrial flue gas treatment, pollution reduction, and carbon reduction, TONEXUS Technology was invited to attend the conference and delivered a technical presentation focusing on the flue gas treatment and low-carbon transition needs of recovery boilers in the paper industry. At the conference, Wu Wei, Deputy General Manager of TONEXUS Technology, delivered a keynote speech titled “Denitrification and Carbon Reduction Technologies and Applications for Flue Gas from Paper Recovery Boilers.” Combining environmental policy requirements for the paper industry, the flue gas characteristics of recovery boilers, and engineering application cases, the presentation systematically introduced TONEXUS Technology’s innovative achievements and practical experience in low-temperature SCR denitrification, collaborative treatment of recovery boiler flue gas, and carbon reduction technologies.
At present, as environmental standards continue to become stricter, paper companies are facing higher requirements in terms of stable compliance with nitrogen oxide emission limits, long-term reliable system operation, and the coordinated advancement of pollution and carbon reduction. Flue gas from recovery boilers generally features low temperature, high humidity, special dust composition, and strong corrosiveness, posing higher challenges to the adaptability of denitrification processes, catalyst performance, and system stability.
In response to the difficulties in flue gas treatment for recovery boilers in the paper industry, TONEXUS Technology has developed a low-temperature SCR denitrification system solution suitable for complex operating conditions.
