Recently, TONEXUS successfully passed the certification audit conducted by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and officially obtained the ASME Certificate of Authorization. This marks a further alignment of the company’s pressure vessel quality management, design and manufacturing, process control, inspection and testing capabilities with international standards, providing strong support for expanding the overseas market for its pressure vessel products and enhancing its international competitiveness.
Rigorous Joint Review to Comprehensively Assess Quality System Performance
From July 20 to 21, the ASME Joint Review Team conducted a formal review of the company’s ASME certification qualification, with a comprehensive assessment focusing on the compliance, effectiveness and continuity of the quality assurance system.
During the review, the Joint Review Team systematically assessed key areas including the company’s quality assurance system, site management, design, materials, processes, welding, inspection and nondestructive examination, and organized professional interviews with personnel in relevant positions.
At the same time, the expert team witnessed the entire production and inspection process of the demonstration product on site and carried out comprehensive verification of personnel, materials, processes, inspection, quality control and other elements involved in pressure vessel manufacturing, further assessing the implementation of the company’s quality assurance system in actual production.
Following the rigorous review, the company’s system operation and on-site implementation were recognized by the Joint Review Team, which agreed to recommend the issuance of the certificate to ASME.
Official Certification Marks International Recognition of Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Capabilities
On July 27, TONEXUS officially obtained the ASME Certificate of Authorization issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
The successful certification represents a comprehensive assessment of the company’s pressure vessel manufacturing quality assurance system and production capabilities. It also means that the company has further met ASME Code requirements in product design, material management, welding and fabrication, inspection and testing, and whole-process quality control.
Over the years, TONEXUS has continuously strengthened product quality management and manufacturing capability development, steadily improved its quality assurance system, and reinforced control throughout the entire production process. Passing the ASME certification will further enhance the company’s standardized, regulated and internationally aligned manufacturing capabilities in the pressure vessel field, enabling it to provide customers with more reliable products and services.
