In response to the challenges of difficult NOx emission control for ultra-large-scale alkali recovery boiler flue gas and the lack of mature application experience for SCR under high-alkalinity operating conditions, TONEXUS Technology worked closely with the project owner to carry out customized design covering system matching, reactor structure, and catalyst performance.

The company developed a low-temperature SCR denitrification engineering solution and adopted a three-chamber parallel structure to ensure continuous and stable operation.

After the project is put into operation, NOx emissions are expected to be stably controlled within 50 mg/Nm³, setting a demonstration benchmark for alkali recovery boiler denitrification projects in large-scale paper manufacturing enterprises.
