On May 20, the technology exchange meeting for the National Key R&D Program project—"Integrated Demonstration of Flue Gas Fine Particulate Matter Pollution Control and Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) Technologies Based on Thermal Power Plants"—undertaken and led by TONEXUS Technology, was held at the company's Hefei Operations Center. Attendees included experts from Korea PNC Co., Ltd., Young Ok Park and Gwang Deuk Kim; Professor Fang Mengxiang from Zhejiang University; Research Fellow Wang Fan from the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences; TONEXUS Technology Chairman Zheng Guangming; CEO Zheng Yong; Deputy General Managers Lyo Wenbin and Wu Wei; and Deputy General Manager of the CCUS Division Huang Zhongbin, among others.

The meeting delved into the technical solutions and implementation pathways for the China-Korea demonstration project, "Construction of a Flue Gas Pollution Control Demonstration Unit by Korea PNC Co., Ltd. in China," and conducted a dedicated discussion on the mid-term assessment requirements of the National Key R&D Program project. During the meeting, TONEXUS Technology and PNC Co., Ltd. reached a preliminary cooperation agreement to jointly establish the "Sino-Korean Joint Innovation Center for Flue Gas Treatment and CCUS." All parties unanimously agreed that integrating PNC's and TONEXUS's advanced technologies with Chinese engineering expertise will strongly promote the engineering application of multi-pollutant collaborative control and carbon capture, utilization, and storage technologies in thermal power plants.

Leading the National Key R&D Program project will help strengthen TONEXUS Technology's role as a technological innovation leader, enhance R&D and scientific innovation capabilities, and boost the company's independent innovation capacity. This initiative will have a positive impact on its future operations. As the project's leading unit, TONEXUS Technology will continue deepening international cooperation, aiming to establish an internationally exemplary benchmark project in environmental technology. This effort will elevate China's innovative capacity and global influence in advanced pollution control and carbon capture, utilization, and storage.
