Annual Savings of Nearly One Million RMB! TONEXUS Ultra-Low-Temperature Catalyst Passes Acceptance at Langfang Waste Incineration Plant
Recently, the ultra-low-temperature denitrification catalyst project paired with the No. 2 waste incineration furnace of Langfang Shidai Konggang Biomass Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Langfang Shidai Konggang”) successfully passed the 72+24-hour environmental acceptance test. Developed specifically by TONEXUS for the characteristics of waste-incineration flue gas, the catalyst not only ensured stable and compliant emission performance but also delivered approximately RMB 930,000 in annual energy savings for the customer, providing a key demonstration for the green upgrading of waste-incineration facilities in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region.
As a critical component of waste-incineration flue-gas treatment, TONEXUS’s ultra-low-temperature SCR catalyst fully accounts for industry challenges such as high moisture content, complex flue-gas composition, and fluctuating operating conditions. Through multiple technical optimizations, the catalyst significantly enhances resistance to sulfur, water, and alkali-metal poisoning. It is capable of stable operation at 150°C, effectively reducing system energy consumption while enabling ultra-low-emission compliance and helping customers substantially lower operating costs.

Acceptance data show that after the catalyst was applied, NOx emissions remained below 50 mg/m³, ammonia slip stayed under 3 ppm, and steam consumption decreased by 46% compared with conventional products. All indicators fully met the latest environmental standards of Hebei Province, enabling the incineration furnace to officially enter the stage of ultra-low-emission operation.
