On June 21st, the 7500 TDS/D recovery boiler DeNOx project at Asia Symbol (Shandong) Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. officially commenced commissioning and debugging. Asia Symbol management and TONEXUS Technology Vice General Manager Wu Wei, among others, attended the ceremony.
The 7500 TDS/D recovery boiler DeNOx project for Asia Symbol (Shandong) Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. is currently the largest low-temperature SCR DeNOx project in the global pulp and paper industry. In November 2024, TONEXUS Technology successfully won the bid for this project with its leading technology and comprehensive solutions. After nearly seven months of meticulous preparation and intense construction, the project's installation work was completed with high quality and to high standards. Asia Symbol expressed high recognition for TONEXUS Technology's efficient service level and tenacious dedication demonstrated during the project.
The successful commissioning of this project is highly significant. From an environmental protection perspective, as the current largest low-temperature SCR DeNOx project in the global pulp and paper industry, it will substantially reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, significantly improve regional air quality, and establish a new benchmark for green, low-carbon production in the paper industry. From a technical perspective, the smooth operation of the project marks a major breakthrough in the application of large-scale, low-temperature SCR DeNOx technology for recovery boilers in China's paper industry, providing mature experience and a technical template for subsequent similar projects. From the user's perspective, the project not only effectively reduces the owner's environmental compliance risks but also lowers production and operational costs through energy-saving and emission reduction, assisting the owner in achieving green and low-carbon sustainable development.

This fills a gap in the domestic market and reaches an internationally leading level.
