As time moves forward, new chapters are constantly written. On the afternoon of December 31, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of TONEXUS Technology, themed “Culture-Driven, Strategy Accelerated — Advancing Together Toward a Net-Zero Industrial Future,” was grandly held at the Buckingham Palace Hotel in Hefei.
The conference was attended by Chairman Zheng Guangming, President Zheng Yong, and other senior executives, along with middle-level management, all employees of the Hefei Operations Center, and frontline representatives from the Production Department and Project Department.
The conference opened amid a strong atmosphere of corporate culture. At the event, the TONEXUS Technology Values Handbook was officially released, systematically elaborating on the company’s core values of “Customer First, Integrity and Accountability, Learning and Innovation, Co-creation and Sharing, and Pursuit of Excellence.” These values were further interpreted through vivid case studies, providing clear guidance for all employees in practicing the company’s culture.
The subsequent “Annual Cultural Role Model” storytelling session was deeply moving and inspiring. The Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings (APRIL) project team shared their experience in tackling the 7,500-ton alkali recovery boiler denitrification project. Through close collaboration and joint efforts among the APRIL Project Department and multiple other departments, the team persevered for four months and ultimately completed the project ahead of schedule with high quality and high standards. The project earned strong recognition from the client, set an industry benchmark, and vividly demonstrated TONEXUS Technology’s core values.
During the “Employees in Dialogue with the Chairman” session, employees actively voiced their opinions and engaged in in-depth discussions with Chairman Zheng Guangming on widely concerned topics such as compensation and performance evaluation, career development and promotion pathways, employee benefits, and corporate culture development. Chairman Zheng responded patiently to each question and instructed relevant departments to carefully review the issues raised and address them in a timely manner.
At the conference, President Zheng Yong signed business target responsibility agreements with the heads of each business unit.
President Zheng Yong then delivered the 2025 Annual Work Report, providing a comprehensive review of the company’s achievements over the past year in areas including business operations, R&D innovation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, overseas expansion, and organizational transformation, and outlining the key work plans for 2026.
He emphasized that in the new year, the company must focus on seven key tasks to comprehensively enhance overall competitiveness:
Taking quality as the core, deeply cultivating industries and customers;
Putting customers at the center, driven by both R&D and cost reduction;
Taking decisive action to address both symptoms and root causes, and winning the “last mile” of delivery;
Taking safety and quality as the foundation to strengthen the basis for development;
Using culture as the guide to activate the talent engine;
Taking finance as the lifeline to precisely empower strategic operations;
Leveraging digitalization to break down barriers and reengineer processes.
In 2025, a group of advanced collectives and exemplary individuals emerged at TONEXUS Technology who actively practiced corporate culture, forged ahead with determination, and excelled in innovation. The conference solemnly commended these outstanding contributors, presenting awards including the Cultural Practice Award, Learning and Innovation Award, Safety Excellence Award, Quality Excellence Award, Production Model Award, Advanced Worker Award, Gold Medal Sales Award, R&D Innovation Award, Outstanding Team Award, and Management Pioneer Award.
At the end of the conference, Chairman Zheng Guangming delivered a keynote speech titled “Strategy Accelerated, Execution Wins — Striving to Achieve Our Goals for the Next Decade.” Centered on cultural upgrading, ten-year goals, and strategic execution, the speech outlined the direction for the company’s future development.
Regarding cultural upgrading, Chairman Zheng reaffirmed the company’s vision, mission, and core values, calling on all employees to “turn the vision into daily action,” and encouraging everyone with the message that “the name TONEXUS Technology will be engraved into the future because of us.”
Regarding the ten-year goals, Chairman Zheng emphasized the need to continuously deepen the “One Body, Two Wings” strategic layout, focus on CCUS and sodium-ion battery businesses, and clearly advance two major strategic initiatives: investment and mergers & acquisitions, and global expansion.
Regarding strategic execution, Chairman Zheng stressed that effective strategy implementation relies on precise and systematic strategy decoding. He pointed out that strategy decoding must first achieve vertical alignment, ensuring consistency from the corporate level to departments and teams; second, horizontal alignment, integrating business lines, product lines, talent lines, and financial lines; and ultimately, strategic focus, concentrating resources on key tasks that create 80% of the value.
At the same time, he called for a strong enhancement of organizational capabilities in four aspects:
First, focusing on the “primary indicator”, ensuring that the talent-job matching rate for key positions exceeds 90%;
Second, emphasizing “timeliness”, with each strategic task having clear success criteria and deadlines;
Third, building a process-oriented organization, establishing “end-to-end” rather than “segment-to-segment” business processes and solidifying them as best operational practices;
Fourth, setting strategic performance metrics, as outstanding enterprises share a strong tradition of defining and measuring tactical excellence. By continuously measuring, tracking, disclosing, and learning from these metrics, they can be transformed into a powerful engine driving continuous organizational improvement.
The subsequent cultural performances and gala dinner were filled with applause and laughter, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere that fully showcased the positive, united, and progressive spirit of TONEXUS Technology employees.
The blueprint has been drawn, and the time to strive is now. Standing at a new starting point, all members of TONEXUS Technology will unite with one heart, act with determination, be guided by culture and steered by strategy, advance together toward a net-zero industrial future, and strive to write an even more brilliant new chapter for TONEXUS Technology.
