Recently, Liuzhou Steel Group announced the list of its 2025 Excellent Engineering Awards. The dust removal system renovation project of Liuzhou Steel Group’s ironmaking plant, undertaken by TONEXUS, was awarded the Second Prize of Liuzhou Steel Group’s 2025 Excellent Engineering Awards. In addition, the project was also recognized as a Standardized Site for Safe and Civilized Construction in the Second Half of 2025 by Liuzhou Steel Group.
In response to the complex operating conditions of the ironmaking plant’s dust removal system, the project adopted TONEXUS’s independently developed high-efficiency and energy-saving dust removal technology. While achieving ultra-low emissions, the system significantly reduced operating energy consumption. During construction, the project team overcame challenges such as a tight schedule and extensive cross-disciplinary operations, and successfully completed the renovation to a high standard, supporting the green and low-carbon development of Liuzhou Steel Group’s ironmaking process.
This award not only represents high recognition from the project owner of the company’s technical capabilities and engineering management expertise, but also further strengthens TONEXUS’s brand influence in the field of industrial flue gas treatment. Taking this achievement as a new starting point, TONEXUS will continue to deepen innovation in low-carbon technologies and contribute greater value to the green and high-quality development of the industry.
