​​Tongxing Technology's Ultra-Low Emission Retrofit Project for Liuzhou Steel Successfully Passes Final Acceptance​​

Recently, the ultra-low emission retrofit project for the flue gas of Boiler #1 at Station #1 in Liuzhou Steel Group's Power Plant Thermoelectric Workshop, as well as Boilers #1, #2, and #3 at Thermoelectric Station #2, constructed by Tongxing Technology, successfully passed final acceptance.

It was rated as an A+ (Extremely Strong) competitive steel enterprise in the 2024 China Steel Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation, firmly positioned within the industry's first tier. In April 2024, Tongxing Technology secured the project bid with its industry-leading flue gas treatment technology and full-chain solutions. During construction, the company consistently adhered to high standards and stringent requirements, overcoming challenges such as site constraints and a tight schedule. Through meticulous organization and scientific management, Tongxing Technology completed all installation tasks with high quality, making significant contributions to Liuzhou Steel’s achievement of comprehensive ultra-low emissions.

 

 

 

The successful acceptance of this project carries multiple implications. From an environmental perspective, it will reduce annual nitrogen oxide emissions by approximately 1,460 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by around 1,200 tons, significantly improving regional air quality. For the end-user, the project’s completion marks a critical milestone for Liuzhou Steel Group in fulfilling its environmental responsibilities, ensuring stable production, enhancing corporate image, and achieving ultra-low emissions and green development.
