Tongxing Technology and ACRE Coking Reach Strategic Agreement on Carbon Capture Cooperation

On July 18th, the signing ceremony for the engineering technology cooperation on low-concentration CO₂ flue gas carbon capture between Tongxing Technology and ACRE Coking & Refractory Engineering Consulting Corporation, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ACRE Coking") was held at the ACRE Coking Conference Center. Shan Chunhua, Head of the Chemical Products Business Department of ACRE Coking, Xing Lianqi, Director of the Chemical Engineering Office, Huang Zhongbin, Deputy General Manager of the CCUS Business Department of Tongxing Technology, Zheng Zhaojun, Sales Manager of the Engineering Business Department, and others attended and witnessed the ceremony. Shan Chunhua and Huang Zhongbin signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
ACRE Coking is affiliated with China Minmetals Corporation, a Fortune Global 500 company. In recent years, ACRE Coking has focused on deploying the carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methanol process utilizing coke oven gas, opening a new direction for the resource utilization of CO₂ in coke oven flue gas. As a new force in the CCUS field, Tongxing Technology possesses exclusive solutions to common industry pain points such as high energy consumption, solvent degradation, and water balance control, through its mastery of customized TX-2 absorbent systems, the stability-enhancing TX-S system, and its proprietary energy-saving process TXio. Tongxing Technology and ACRE Coking have a deep history of cooperation, with long-standing and in-depth collaboration in the field of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.
This signing of a technical cooperation agreement marks the consensus reached by both parties on anchoring the future of zero-carbon industry and jointly building a "capture-regeneration-conversion" full-chain cooperation model. It also reflects their firm determination to seize the strategic high ground of the "dual carbon" goals and develop the domestic carbon capture market.
In the future, Tongxing Technology will leverage ACRE Coking's profound capabilities in chemical engineering design and construction, combined with its own strength in absorbent innovation R&D and carbon capture process technology, to create full-lifecycle solutions spanning from the carbon capture end to the resource utilization end. With its end-to-end service model, the cooperation will provide strong impetus for further implementing the company's "One Main Body with Two Supporting Wings" development strategy and expanding the CCUS market.
